Counting Pictures 3 is a simple introduction to producing graphs on a computer. The configurable CD-ROM provides a large library of user-friendly pictures with which pupils can produce pictograms. The program is supplied with a large number of curriculum related starter topics such as favourite colours, eye colour, and how we travel to school.

The program directly supports the QCA ICT Unit 1E, ‘Representing information graphically’.

This tool features:

• A choice of formats such as tally chart, table, pictogram, block graph or bar chart
• Numerical ordering of data option
• Flexibility for graphs can be sent to Writer 2 so pupils can write about their findings
• Choice of questions and over 10 curriculum related starter topics
• Three fully configurable built-in levels.
