Write Away!

Write Away! is a word processing package specifically designed for use in the primary classroom.

Designed to work like a traditional word processor rather than a desktop publisher, a piece of work begins in the top left-hand corner of the page. Pupils can produce a wide range of documents such as newsletters, stories and invitations.

Write Away! is suitable for a range of ages through the use of four built-in levels. New levels can also be created by the teacher to suit individuals or groups.

A Gaelic version (Gair I Gall) along with a Talking Module add-on are available too.

• A writing planner
• Notebook for jotting down ideas
• Add borders and background images to your work
• Built-in spell checker
• Format text features such as increase line spacing, changing alignment and page margins.
